Service Description

Annual crawlspace inspections extend the lifetime warranty in workmanship one-year from date of service completion. Crawlspace Solutions will perform a visual inspection and provide an inspection report if there are any issues present in the crawlspace that require your attention. No report will be provided if crawlspace is in good condition. A separate contractor may be recommended if deemed necessary to address structural, electrical, plumbing or any other issues outside the scope of our expertise. This inspection includes one visit per transaction and up to 1200 sq ft of crawlspace on the subject property. A service contract does not imply or warrant any services that were not originally provided or performed by the company in materials or workmanship. Further, all parties acknowledge and agree that areas to be inspected may be limited due to accessibility, obstruction, standing water, debris, insulation, other materials, etc. obstructing visibility. In addition, this service is limited to a visual inspection, no mold testing or additional services are included with said inspection. ($225.00 plus tax $14.91 = $239.41) Available to existing customers only, one year from date of last service. If any issues present at time of inspection, we will contact you. Further, a digital inspection report (limited to the crawlspace) will be provided via email.** **Warranty will be voided should renewal of annual inspection lapse one-year from the anniversary date.
