Service Description

This crawlspace inspection service is available for a Buyer in a real estate transaction. Property must be located either in Monmouth or Ocean County. A separate inspection agreement will follow upon scheduling your inspection online. This service includes an itemized estimate to provide to the seller prior to closing. An inspection service can be scheduled within 24 hours of receipt of signed service agreements. All inspection fees are deducted from the total project cost starting at $175 plus tax. All recommendations will be provided in a separate itemized estimate for your review with the inspection fee deducted from the total project cost. Estimates expire thirty (30) days after receipt. No crawlspace inspection report is included with this crawlspace inspection service. No Refunds will be issued once a crawlspace inspection has been performed and/or reasonable efforts have been made to perform an inspection on the subject property. Session duration varies according to the size of the crawlspace and the ability to maneuver within. VISUAL INSPECTION: This is a visual inspection only. No testing is included with the said inspection. Inspection is limited to issues present at the time of inspection. Any obstructions; such as insulation, debris, etc. will not be removed. No inspection will be performed, if the crawlspace is inaccessible, too low, flooded, hazardous, or deemed dangerous to enter. NO THIRD-PARTY (excluding any party in connection to the real estate transaction, such as attorney(s), agent(s), etc.) is allowed to refer to or use any documentation provided by the company.
